NORCO Heating & Air Conditioning‘s Serve & Protect Program is a preventive maintenance program for your heating and cooling system. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune up your system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming season.
We strongly believe that our Serve & Protect Program will pay for itself many times over in the reduction of repair costs and added longevity of your equipment. Costs are determined by the type of equipment you have in your home. For homes with both heating and AC, we recommend two service calls per year. For homes with a heating system only, one visit per year is advised.

Your Serve & Protect Agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates of your agreement. Serve & Protect Preventive Maintenance can be purchased for up to three years in advance with guaranteed price protection.
Should you need emergency service, Serve & Protect customers receive priority scheduling — within 48 hours, even if booked out for 2 weeks for non-Serve & Protect customers.
NOTE: Your Serve & Protect agreement is NOT an insurance policy. The agreement provides for inspections and maintenance along with discounts on parts and services as described herein. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program without notice.
