I've been using Norco for several years for maintenance on my ancient furnace and central A/C. While the equipment was old, they managed to keep it running as good as possible. Other companies had immediately tried to sell me new systems rather than work on my old furnace - even though there was nothing wrong with it except for being old. I needed to have my furnace serviced and thought I'd reach out to Norco for a quote. Not only were their prices good but Althea scheduled my appointment quickly and that was most convenient for me. Daniel was there at the time the appointment was set for (most impressive) and he immediately found out why my furnace was having problems. I'd been having trouble regulating the temperature from my NEST thermostat. I'd set it for 67 and it would leap to 69 on its own, etc. And ultimately the furnace quite working entirely. I thought I was in for THOUSANDS! But Norco's tech came out and resolved the issue. It's been weeks now, and my $45 service call has returned my system to full operation with a fully cooperative NEST thermostat. Thank you, Norco. And thanks to my friend who recommended Norco to me.

We started having issues with the furnace (and heat pump) last summer, and have had 3 service calls with the company that installed both back in 2006, but they never resolved the issue. When it stopped working again the other day, we were done with dealing with the original company. I got a referral from my boss' wife that Norco had always done good work for them, so I called Norco. Service was great from the person who answered the phone to the person who came out to fix our furnace. They were able to come out the same day. He had it diagnosed within a half hour, fixed and running within 2. We're VERY happy!

Noticed that the house wasn't cooling and went out to the A/C unit outside to discover what I thought was the motor not spinning. Called Norco and they had a cancellation so they were out within the hour. Jessee did an amazing job finding that it was a bad capacitor, gave me several options for replacement cost and there was no pressure for anything else. Phenomenal experience - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
